About Grain Fraim Products
Grain Fraim Products began as a sign company in Delavan, WI in 1990. It was called Signs of the Times Inc. and specialized in sandblasted redwood signs. Early on, after discovering and experimenting with Sign Foam (HDU), it became obvious that HDU was going to be the future of dimensional signs. In 1993 The company invented the Grain Fraim. This made it possible to use HDU for every sign, whether a wood grain texture was required or not. Later on, Duracaps Finials were introduced and educational materials including videos and the Sign Foam How-to Handbook were published. In 2003 the company moved to Hayward, WI on Callahan Lake. It was there that 4 day dimensional sign making how-to workshops were held at their resort property for 10 years. The company continues to produce its high quality products for sign makers, and is dedicated to growing and promoting the dimensional sign making industry.
